With Liberty Converse 5.4, Contact Centre Dashboards have had a bit of a makeover. To coincide with this release, the Training Team has created a new eLearning course to help guide our customers through how to create, manage and get the most out of Contact Centre Dashboards.
This course, titled Liberty Converse: Contact Centre - Dashboard Administration , can be found in the My Netcall learning portal. Head over to the Training area within the Netcall Community (https://community.netcall.com/training/) and click the Netcall eLearning option.
In to the myNetcall learning portal, you will, by default be in the Catalogue. Use the magnifying glass at the top right of the list of courses to search for the Liberty Converse: Contact Centre - Dashboard Administration course.
Clicking Enrol will add the course to your profile and allow you to view it. The course is approximately 45 minutes long. If you don’t complete the course in one sitting, you can exit and return to wherever you left off at a later date.
