The Netcall training team is pleased to announce that a new E-Learning course has been added to the myNetcall E-Learning Portal.
Liberty Converse: Shifts & Rotas
This course covers the recently introduced Shifts & Rotas functionality within Liberty Converse, used to define when agents will be working, their rotas, shift patterns and absences. It covers the following topics:
• An introduction to Liberty Converse Shifts & Rotas
• Configuring Ad-Hoc Shifts
• Configuring Rotas
• Recording absence
• Reporting functionality
• Dashboard Widgets
• Configuration
The course is available to all customers and colleagues who are registered on the the Netcall Community. Just navigate to the Training Section of Community, select E-Learning and search for the course name within the Catalogue section of the myNetcall Training Portal.
