Options not displaying on Web Assistant

Hi

Myself and @Mccullochd have noticed some customers using our web assistant are experiencing issues with no options appearing after selecting a query.

I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue? It seems to be intermittent so I’m not sure if this is maybe just a connection issue on customers end?

Hi Patrick,

Thank you for making us aware of this. We will look into the issue now but could I ask you to report this via support so that they can log a ticket?
