Starting strong we have Nest – Customer Support Accelerator 2023. Built using the Liberty Create platform, this accelerator delivers a single application to manage support cases across your business for recording all customer support activities.
Users can access information and log new cases, see the status of their open cases and receive automated progress updates.
As an accelerator, optional integrations into Directory solutions, CRMs and Netcall Solutions such as Liberty Converse or Liberty Connect are available.
