How can I search on more than one Postcode within a property?
We are working on a Vulnerable Person Register which may use partners (electricity NW / MET office) ‘affected postcode’ data to prioritise which doors to knock on when there is an emergency situation.
I’d like to be able to enter the following:
CA4 9SZ CA8 9HB CA4 8NL
and find records matching with those postcodes.
Is there a character to use between which will allow an OR function?

Hi Lisa,

Perhaps change your search comparator to “IN”? Then your search term would be:
CA4 9SZ,CA8 9HB,CA4 8NL
Note, no space after the comma :wink:

Thanks for that Neil but unfortunately it doesn’t work.

Hi @lisa.nixon ,

Unfortunately, we currently do not support multi-value searches within fragments in a search form. I would suggest raising this within the Community Ideas.

As an alternative, multi-value searches are supported on the top search functionality within the interface’s header. This option can be found within the interface’s Header tab, if you have top search enabled, within the setting Interpret pipe character as OR.
