I have had a look at the forum, dont see anything about this issue.
We are required to download any email relating to council tax and upload it to a customers account.
We have a few work arounds, but going forward, an option to “Download or Save as” would make the process easier.

Hi Nicola,
Downloading emails is already supported in Converse, in the Group settings under Email Settings (Requires someone with the “Edit group settings” permission) there is the following option:
This will then give an option for agents to download the email for the inbound email so that they can attach it to the customer account:
There is also the option to download the Reply/Foward emails in case you need them from the agent’s history by clicking the “Download Transcript” button when you click the email interaction in the table:
