I’m trying to automate the generation of the Recent Calls report, either by email or via an API connection. At the moment, there doesn’t appear to be a straightforward way to do this. I can see a couple of related reports—Dialogue Call Volume and Dialogue Result Summary—which appear to sit within the Reports app and therefore might be accessible via the API. However, these reports don’t show up in the list of available reports exposed by the app.
Any suggestions?

At the moment, Recent Calls and the Dialogue reports don’t have an API available, nor is there an option to have these reports emailed automatically.
The only reports within Liberty Converse that currently support API access or scheduled email delivery are the Contact Centre reports. Although the Dialogue Call Volume and Dialogue Result Summary reports sit within the Reports app, they aren’t exposed via the API, which is why they don’t appear in the available reports list.
I appreciate that this limits automation options for now. If your use case can be met using Contact Centre reports, those would be the best place to start—but otherwise this functionality isn’t currently supported.
