Remote Service "Info Slug" in use "Record with this value already exists"

I have tried to add a new service today, but it seems the “Info Slug” belongs to a deleted record of which I cannot access…

When I attempt to use an Info Slug of procurement it says Record with this value already exists

I have set up service using this name, so need to be able to use it.

Anyone know how to get this record permanently deleted, or is it something else I am missing?

Many Thanks

I have marked the Retain deleted records in the database to 1 days (3 days ago)

…and ran the Script to delete this data (ran several times over last 3 days)

But data has not been deleted?

Any help appreciated.

Are you using Multitenancy at all? That is one scenario where the record could still exist but is just not visible to you because of that maybe.

I don’t believe we are using Multi-Tenancy?

How do I delete if this is the case?

Can Netcall admins delete this data on my behalf?

Thanks

It may not be that, just a possibility. But if it was you’d need to be a user with access to that Tenant record. Hard to be certain or any more specific without seeing your actual config and data, so I’d suggest raising a support ticket. Someone can then take a look directly on your app and advise accordingly.

Thanks Bob, I will raise a support ticket as you suggest.

The stranger thing is that I just added a new host environment for "Internal’ LIVE, went through all the config and then went to add my new ‘procurment’ service and I get the same error I got with Build + Test.

I have not added/deleted a service named 'procurement ', but it says this

Thanks for your help.
