Replacing a scripting solution

Hi has anyone replaced a Contact Centre scripting solution such as Key Fax with NetCall? Id be keen to learn more

HI @Jatinder Can’t say we have come across a Key Fax Contact Centre before. Can you elaborate in what you are looking to achieve and I am sure we can help.

Hi Jonathon - we use a scripting diagnostic solution at the contact centre which guides the advisors. We are moving over to the converse environment with create, and we are keen to see how we replace the scripts. Im aware that NetCall offer a couple of approaches to this, so id love to find out more.
