Hi,
We’re currently scoping out if it’s feasible and worthwhile to replace our existing IEG4 and Civica Open Portal forms using Netcall and potentially integrating back with Civica - has anybody done this, or looked at it and decided not to proceed and have any lessons learned?
Thanks,
Elli

Hi,
We are replacing IEG4 (currently integrating into NEC) - We are a good way through but are also embarking on Customer journey redesign too so many of the forms are being reviewed before we replicate them in LowCode. We are making use of the existing NEC API’s to do the integrations and are shortly (within the next 2 weeks) will have aprox 10 forms which will be finalised ready to integrate into NEC. Once we get to this stage we will be more than happy to have a walk through
thanks
Joe

Afternoon Elli
We have a number of online forms which link to our CRM (Oracle), which we are moving to Create due to its low-code magic
We use Civica epay for payments and have a widget which takes payments.
The only downside we ran into was Civica’s charge to whitelist our Create environment IP’s - if I recall it was a few thousand to whitelist 2 IPs.
