Hi, Is there a way of reporting, the number of outstanding emails ( i.e. unread) per Queue? I’m sure I’m missing something. thanks
Hi Ian. The simplest way would be on your Dashboards. You could add a Dashboard that uses the Interaction Count Widget that displays Emails waiting and set one up for each Queue.
Or use a Queue Summary Widget and set this to display per Queue and set this only for Email
This would give you live data on each of your Queues.
From a reporting perspective, you could use the Queued vs Completed report. Here is a link to the information on this report from our document portal, which is under the resource tab at the top of the page.
