is there a way to run a report to show voicemail mailboxes that have unread messages please?
i’m trying to discover:
1.) users and team that haven’t been checking for voicemail
2.) voicemails that have been left unread for ages

i’d seen this report but didn’t understand what i could do with it.
if filter by New message count then it brings up a list of people who aren’t checking their voicemail e.g.

But a quick summary the report will tell you the Newest and Oldest Unread You can also see the last time they accessed their mailbox.
Having a large number of New Messages along with the last accessed time would indicate those who are not listening to their messages. If there is no Access Time logged, they have never accessed their messages. The PIN Field if left as Default would also indicate they have not accessed their mailbox as this should be changed on first login.
