I am having a look at reports in Liberty Connect, is there a way to get a breakdown of specific options selected by customers per flow. When I change the flow I want the report on it would be good to see what options customers are choosing within the flow without having to look at individual chats.

Hi, thanks for the feedback, to ensure this idea is tracked and you can receive progress reports, could I ask you to (under the resources tab at the top), raise this on our ideas portal, this is a great place to see what others have raised and up vote ideas which really helps us understand what our customers need and value the most.
