Is there any way for staff to be able to request assistance from a supervisor using the switchboard interface. We have all our Contact Centre staff utilising the switchboard interface regardless of whether its solely a switchboard call or not. The notes function on the Switchboard is better than the directory so we have filtered all our lines to it, but what we see is that when a call comes in, the switchboard interface remains and we dont see the options for the flag that you would in a call on the directory.
Is there anyway to have the request assistance feature on the switchboard interface?
However, I have tested this, and it does not work . I’m not sure if this is for softphones only, as when I use the key combination in Chrome/Edge, it goes to the bookmarks/favorites.
