Hello I was just wondering who is using Netcall for managing Council Tax , Business Rates and Benefits? I have seen there are Apps for Moving in/out and Council Tax reductions but haven’t seen anything else related to Benefits or Business Rates. Just looking for examples of how councils are using Netcall for Revs and Bens for consideration. Thanks
