Join Our Local Government & Citizen Hub RPA Roundtable.
Tuesday 10th March @ 13:30pm–15:00pm.
Hi All,
We’re excited to share an upcoming roundtable focused on RPA within Local Government and the Citizen Hub space and we’d love for you to be part of the conversation.
As automation becomes increasingly essential for improving service delivery, reducing manual admin, and freeing up frontline capacity, this session aims to bring together practitioners, leaders, and innovators to explore how you can collectively unlock greater value through automation.
Below is the agenda for the session:
Event Agenda – 10th March, 13:30pm – 15:00pm
1. Welcome & Context Setting (10 mins)
We’ll open with a short introduction to the purpose of the roundtable and share the vision:
“How can we collectively unlock value through automation?”
2. RPA Landscape (15 mins)
A quick overview of RPA trends, emerging benefits, and what’s currently gaining traction across the sector.
Prompt for discussion:
“What processes in your organisation do you think could benefit most from automation?”
3. Idea Exchange: Where Could Automation Make the Biggest Impact? (20 mins)
An open group discussion to explore:
-
High‑volume, repetitive tasks
-
Current workflow pain points
-
Opportunities for efficiency or service improvement
Prompt:
“If you could automate one process tomorrow, what would it be and why?”
4. Collaboration & Co‑Creation (20 mins)
A conversation on how local authorities can work together to drive shared outcomes through:
-
Best‑practice sharing
-
Joint pilots or proof‑of‑concepts
-
Reusable frameworks and assets
Prompt:
“What would make collaboration on automation easier for your organisation?”
5. Ask the Expert (15 mins)
A Q&A session with Dean Torto.
We’re really looking forward to bringing together colleagues from across local government to talk about where automation is making, or could make, the biggest difference. Whether you’re early in your RPA journey or already scaling automation across services, your insights will add real value to the discussion.
