Is there a known fault that saved reports are not saving the configurations? So when trying to run a recently created saved report if you try to change the date is comes up as unsaved, you can of course run the report but it loses any of the changes to any other configurations you have made.

When you run a saved report, if you make changes, it will show that the changes are unsaved, if you want to keep those changes, you should be able to press save to then keep that as your changes each time you run the report. If you don’t save, when you go back to running your saved report those changes are discarded.

Other saved reports I have been using for years allow me to keep all the other settings but change the date. What is happening with this newly created saved report is if you try to change date it loses all the other settings therefore defeating the object of having a saved report template.
Ahh, well that doesn’t sound like normal behaviour - please send that name and such like over to support@netcall.com and they can take a further look at the issue.
