Saving Backups remotely

We have the requirement to make backups of our Citizen Hub Hosts for

  • Central
  • Enquiries
  • Planning
  • etc…

I can’t see where I can download the backup for remote backup purposes.

Hi, there is currently no feature for downloading (or subsequently uploading) backups. There is an Idea to that affect if you want to add your support: https://ideas.netcall.com/i/ideas/p/feature/vote/idea/view?context_record_id=8957
