I’m finding a lot of our unsuccessful contact portal calls are caused by the system only having English pronunciations. Being a Scottish university, the majority of our callers have a Scottish accent.
I’m checking the failures weekly and putting in new pronunciations as I find them, but has anyone found a way around this? I will be asking support as well in the hope they have a list they could import, as it’ll greatly improve the accuracy of the system and give a better experience to our callers.
