Search Reset broken everywhere it's used in Live, works in Build & Test

When I hit the search reset button, it populates the search form itself with data?!?

I have raised a ticket but wondered if anyone else has seen this issue, or any ideas how to resolve.
It seems like something has crashed on our server maybe???

Hi Jon - daft question perhaps, but to confirm - is it a Search widget or a Form widget?

Apparently a patch broke this, we have to upgrade our Live environment to fix.
