Hi all
I’m sending an email from the case object, and want to include all related documents as attachments. This doesn’t appear to work (i don’t get any attachments) i assume you can’t get attachments from a 1 - many relationship. Is there a way to achieve what I need?

I just tried this out, and the email was sent with multiple attachments. I am assuming you have the relationship between the case and the documents; they are not excluded by a subset and your email message is set up to have an attachment type of Record. If none of those help, I would be happy to go over it with you - just let me know.

It’s good that it works. It would be good if we could find a time to review this on a call, I’ve no subsets, and i think i’ve set it up the same as you.
