I am currently working on a new surveys app for transactional surveys that will integrate with our existing framework which will send customers a link to a survey via SMS if we have a mobile number for them and then by email if we don’t but I can’t get the SMS messages to work. I can see that the rules to send the SMS is firing but the status for all of them is failed.
Is there a setting somewhere that I have missed which tells the system what number to use to send SMSs by? We already have this set up for our Housing01 and 02 apps and I assumed it would be a simple thing to set up for an additional app.
