Is there a value or simple way to bring back all all form data entered and label into a .pdf or email without having to add in each field individually?
One way is to create a new Page of type “Email template include”. Add an Info widget to it and then add all the fields. You can do this in bulk by clicking the first you want from in the right panel and then holding shift which clicking the last one you want to select all in between. Then either drag them or click the “Add Selected” button at the bottom.
You can then add this page into your email content. While editing the email content, change the “Field value” dropdown to “Page include” and then choose your newly created page from the list.

I can confirm this is the easiest way to include multiple records into a PDF, its basically a page you can embed into the PDF and is easy to setup and there are enough options to make it look nice.
