SMS from Converse Call Interaction

Good morning.
I know that integration with Liberty Create allows us send an SMS to a caller from Converse. I just want to confirm for definite that this is not possible from Converse alone i.e. with no LC inegration. I can’t find anything in the help documentation but the search functionality there is not great.

HI @Eanna11. If you have an SMS gateway set up within Liberty Converse, you can use Dialogues to send SMS messages.

This can be a great way to send information to a call, rather than have it played out over the phone.

However, there is no functionality within the Agent application to send an SMS to the caller through Liberty Converse.
