Snapshots - best practice

We run snapshots to our live environment out of office hours to try to avoid impacting the work of service teams. I’d be interested to find out how other councils approach the timing and frequency of snapshots and learning from best practice - either via the forum or a call. Thanks.

We install snapshots after 9pm usually as customer interactions drop off then.

Our problem is more with making sure we don’t push a snapshot when Create is interacting with other systems (e.g. importing or exporting a file). So we have a calendar for each app layer with the timings of signals, sftp poll/push and other repeat scheduled events so we can avoid those (as its hard to see when actions are occurring from the Build lists).
