Softphone issues radio button

When using the embedded softphone over a VPN connection when presented with a incoming call, the accept and decline button is not visible, any one had this before.
Works a dream on site.

We’ve been having the same issue for months now. We were advised to upgrade to the latest version, which we have done, but the issue remains.

Hi Marcel, what have net call came back with support wise, it seems if you let the call re queue and then re present itself the radio button always appears, v strange
Also is your problem only on VPN we use big IP…

Hi Both. For the softphone to function correctly, it needs to be able to communicate with the Liberty Servers. For a complete list of required Ports and Addresses, please check the Docs portal for your solution and follow the guidance there to ensure all Ports and Addresses are added to your VPN as well. If this is working onsite, the likelihood is that the issue lies through the VPN Tunnel.
