Spark Drop-In Schedule April 2026

Welcome to our April 2026 Drop‑Ins.

Drop-ins are open to all users and customers.

These are 30‑minute weekly sessions where we share tips, tricks, feature previews and best practices for using Spark and process improvement.

Sessions start at 1pm UK, every Wednesday.

We use MS Teams to deliver the sessions and share the schedule each month here on the community.

You can also access the Teams link from within the notification area in Spark.

1 April 2026 — Feature Focus: Process Reviews

Process Reviews are a core part of maintaining an up‑to‑date, healthy process library. In this session, we’ll explore how reviews support governance, keep ownership clear, and ensure your organisation continues to refine and optimise its ways of working. We’ll walk through best‑practice approaches for scheduling, conducting, and actioning reviews so that your workspace stays accurate and compliant.

We’ll also show tips for using Spark’s built‑in features to streamline the review cycle, including reminders, dashboards, and reporting tools. Whether you’re building a governance model or improving your current review cadence, this session will help you build long‑term consistency into your process landscape.

8 April 2026 — Easter Break

No session this week.

15 April 2026 — Processes in Real Life: Booking a Holiday

In this “Processes in Real Life” session, we’ll take a familiar scenario — booking a holiday — and explore how everyday tasks can be broken down into clear process steps. We’ll map the journey from initial idea, through approvals, to final preparation, showing how even simple examples reveal bottlenecks, handovers, and improvement opportunities. This topic aligns with a known user‑favourite theme in your calendar.

We’ll use Spark to demonstrate how real‑world examples help non‑technical teams quickly understand process thinking. This is a fun, practical session ideal for anyone new to Spark, onboarding colleagues, or looking for relatable examples they can use in workshops.

22 April 2026 — Demo of the Liberty Create Low-Code Platform

This week we’ll step beyond Spark and look at how Liberty Create — Netcall’s low‑code platform — can bring your processes to life through automation, forms, workflows, and integrations. We’ll walk through the fundamentals, show real examples, and demonstrate how process insights gathered in Spark can drive build activity in Create.

You’ll see how organisations pair Spark and Create to rapidly move from mapping to digital service delivery. This session is perfect for teams exploring automation opportunities or wanting to understand how Spark fits into the wider Netcall ecosystem.

29 April 2026 — New Release: AI Process Importer

The new AI Process Importer lets you rapidly generate draft process maps from documents, notes, or text. In this drop‑in we’ll introduce the feature, show how it works, and walk through best practices for refining and validating the imported processes. You’ll learn how AI can significantly accelerate discovery and reduce manual effort.

We’ll also cover where the tool performs best, what to avoid, and how customers are starting to use it to speed up mapping activity. If you want to boost productivity and get more value out of Spark, this is not one to miss.
