14th May - Printing and extracting processes

There are often times when you need to pull process information from your process library. Printing processes to stick on the wall, add processes to contractual documents, requirements or even exporting processes to be used in other tools. In this session we’ll share various ways to extract processes for use outside of Spark.

21st May - Rolling out your process library

You’ve documented your processes for a specific team or department and now ready to roll these out to users. Today we’ll discuss various techniques to communicate your process library internally to help drive adoption of your process library.

28th May - Case Study: Process quantification in Health Insurance

This month we are excited to welcome Robin Brink, from Analyze Consulting, to share their case study on how they have used the Spark Quantify module in a Time and Motion study. In addition to the study, the team at Analyze also transferred the necessary skills to the customer so they can use the methodology to iteratively improve processes.

This session will be 40 minutes.
