We’re back with our weekly drop-in sessions in September.
Drop-ins run at 1pm every Wednesday for 30 minutes and accessed through MS Teams. Each week we provide a topic but the session is open to anyone to ask questions.

3rd September - Advanced Approvals
With the imminent release of the new Approvals feature in Spark we will deep dive into how it works and the important improvements you can start taking advantage of.
10th September - Process Standards and Consistency
Keeping things consistent is a key feature of successful process management therefore a clear set of process mapping standards is essential. In this session we’ll share common standards and how to share them.
17th September - Sparking Process Change into Life
It can be hard to know where to start when delivering process led change. In this session we share a simple step by step process to help guide you through discovery, analysis, improvement and implementation of process changes.
24th September - Process Creator
Join us as we provide a sneak preview of the new process creator feature. Create a UPN process from a text description, document or simply ask Spark to create a new process for you.
