We only have 2 drop-in sessions this month, starting on the 21st January.
Drop-ins are open to all users and customers. These are 30 minute weekly sessions where we share tips, tricks, feature previews and best practices for using Spark and process improvement.
Sessions start at 1pm UK, every Wednesday.
We use MS Teams to deliver the sessions and share the schedule each month here on the community.

21st - How to plan you Spark implementation
There’s a lot to think about as you embark on implementing a process management platform. Having done this many times we’ll share our standard process for implementing Spark as well as practical tips for those first few days and weeks of your implementation project.
28th - Feature Focus: Custom fields and forms for capturing process related information
When mapping processes with stakeholders there’s always a lot of additional, and often very valuable, information being discussed. When captured in note books and flipcharts it soon gets lost, becomes disconnected and loses that value. Spark provides simple, but powerful, tools to help you capture that information quickly and easily and store it in the context of the process. With easy reporting so you never lose another insight.
