Spark Drop-In Schedule July 2026

Welcome to our July Drop-Ins
Drop-ins are open to all users and customers.

These are 30 minute weekly sessions where we share tips, tricks, feature previews and best practices for using Spark and process improvement.

Sessions start at 1pm UK, every Wednesday.

We use MS Teams to deliver the sessions and share the schedule each month here on the community.
You can also access the Teams link from within the notification area in Spark.

1 July 2026 – Common process patterns and how to deal with them
Most processes follow recognisable patterns — some effective, others problematic. In this session, we’ll explore the most common patterns we see when mapping processes and how they influence clarity, efficiency and improvement outcomes.

You’ll learn how to spot both good and bad patterns early, and how to apply simple techniques in Spark to structure them correctly. This is an essential session for anyone looking to improve process quality and consistency across their organisation.

8 July 2026 – How to quantify your process in Spark
Understanding your process is one thing — measuring it is another. In this session, we’ll introduce how to quantify your processes in Spark by capturing key metrics such as time, cost and effort.

We’ll show how quantification helps uncover inefficiencies, identify improvement opportunities and build a clear, data-driven case for change. Ideal for anyone looking to move from mapping to measurable improvement.

15 July 2026 – Feature Focus: Experiments
Introducing our new Experiments feature — designed to support better decision-making when improving processes. Experiments allow Process Editors to create multiple versions of a process and test different ideas before committing to a final design.

This is perfect for As-Is vs To-Be comparisons, scenario testing and collaborative improvement. In this session, we’ll demonstrate how to use Experiments to safely explore changes and confidently select the best approach.

22 July 2026 – Liberty in Focus: RPA
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a key capability for driving efficiency and reducing manual work. In this session, we’ll explore how RPA fits into the Liberty ecosystem and how it complements your Spark process work.

We’ll discuss where RPA delivers the most value, how to identify automation opportunities, and how to think about automation as part of an end-to-end process rather than in isolation.

29 July 2026 – Open Drop-In: bring your questions
This is your opportunity to bring your questions, challenges and ideas to the Spark team. Whether you need help with a specific feature, want advice on your processes, or are looking for inspiration, we’re here to help.
