Welcome to our June Drop-Ins.
Drop-ins are open to all users and customers. These are 30 minute weekly sessions where we share tips, tricks, feature previews and best practices for using Spark and process improvement.
Sessions start at 1pm UK time, every Wednesday.
We use MS Teams to deliver the sessions and share the schedule each month here on the community.
You can also access the Teams link from within the notification area in Spark.
10 June 2026 – Processes in real life: Buying a car
What does a real-world process actually look like when you break it down? In this session, we’ll walk through the end‑to‑end process of buying a car and explore how everyday activities translate into clear, structured process steps.
Using a familiar example helps highlight where complexity creeps in, where decisions matter, and how Spark can help you model and improve real-life processes. A great session for anyone involved in process design, workshops, or stakeholder engagement.
17 June 2026 – Liberty in Focus: RPA
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) plays an increasingly important role in modern process improvement. In this session, we’ll focus on how RPA fits into the Liberty ecosystem and where it delivers the most value alongside Spark.
We’ll explore when automation makes sense, what types of tasks are best suited to RPA, and how to think about automation as part of an end‑to‑end process rather than in isolation.
24 June 2026 – How to: Decide how decisions work in your processes
Decisions are often the most complex and misunderstood part of a process. This practical “how to” session focuses on designing clear, effective decision logic within your processes.
We’ll look at different ways decisions can be modelled, common mistakes to avoid, and how well-defined decisions improve consistency, automation readiness and overall process clarity in Spark.
