4 March 2026 — Processes in Real Life: The Secret to a Perfect New Home

Buying a new home involves one of the most emotionally important and operationally complex processes many of us ever deal with. In this session, we explore the journey from first viewing to moving‑in day, mapping the steps that can make or break the experience. By breaking down a relatable, real-world example, we reveal how good processes simplify uncertainty and create clarity.

Our Processes in Real Life sessions are designed to show how we build processes using natural language and in discussion with other people. Using UPN and questioning skills, you will see how these tools help structure our understanding of the process. We use examples of processes in real life which are often messy and highlight how different people often have a different perspective on the same thing.

11 March 2026 — How To: 5 Steps to the Perfect Process Workshop

Running a high-quality process workshop is both an art and a skill. In this session, we share a clear five‑step method for facilitating and closing out a workshop that produces accurate insights and engaged participants. We’ll cover setting scope, managing the room, asking the right questions, and avoiding common pitfalls.

Whether you’re new to workshops or a seasoned facilitator, this structured approach will help you run faster, clearer, more productive sessions. You’ll gain practical techniques you can apply straight away to improve workshop flow, output quality, and stakeholder confidence.

18 March 2026 — Feature Focus: Commenting and Feedback

Spark’s commenting tools provide a powerful way to collaborate, gather input, and refine your processes without endless meetings or email chains. In this session, we walk through how to use comments effectively — capturing suggestions, asking questions, tracking changes, and closing feedback loops with your wider team.

You’ll learn good practices for managing feedback at scale and ensuring your processes remain living, accurate assets. This is ideal for teams seeking smoother collaboration, governance, and continuous improvement.

25 March 2026 — Liberty Focus: Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)

IDP brings automation to unstructured documents, allowing you to extract, classify, and route data intelligently across your workflows. In this session, we explore how Liberty’s IDP help you create fully automated document journeys — from inbound forms to approvals, decisions, and updates.

We’ll look at practical examples of where IDP fits into common processes and how it can reduce manual workload, increase accuracy, and accelerate turnaround times. This is a great session for anyone looking to modernise document-heavy processes.
