Welcome to our May Drop‑Ins.
Drop‑ins are open to all users and customers. These are 30‑minute weekly sessions where we share tips, tricks, feature previews and best practices for using Spark and process improvement.
Sessions start at 1pm UK, every Wednesday.
We use MS Teams to deliver the sessions and share the schedule each month here on the community.
You can also access the Teams link from within the notification area in Spark.
6 May 2026 – Processes in Real Life: Switching Energy Provider
Switching energy provider is a familiar experience for many people, but behind the scenes it involves a surprisingly complex set of steps, handovers, decisions and systems. In this session, we’ll map out the end‑to‑end process using a real‑world example that everyone can relate to.
As with all Processes in Real Life sessions, the focus is on learning how to discover, structure and capture processes through conversation. You’ll see how using natural language, questioning techniques and UPN helps make sense of messy, real‑world processes and exposes opportunities for improvement.
13 May 2026 – How to: Drive Continuous Improvement
Creating a culture of continuous improvement requires more than just documenting processes — it needs structure, visibility and the right feedback loops. In this session, we’ll explore practical ways to turn your process library into a living improvement engine.
We’ll show how Spark can be used to capture ideas, track issues, and support ongoing review cycles. This session is ideal for teams looking to move from static documentation to sustained, measurable improvement across their organisation.
20 May 2026 – Feature Focus: Process Health Tracker
The Process Health Tracker helps you understand which processes need attention, which are overdue for review, and where risk may be building across your process library. In this feature‑focused session, we’ll introduce the tracker and explain how it supports governance and continuous improvement.
You’ll learn how health indicators are calculated, how to interpret them, and how teams use the tracker to prioritise reviews and improvement activity. This is a must‑attend session for anyone responsible for maintaining a high‑quality, trusted process library.
27 May 2026 – Liberty Create Demo
In this session, we’ll step beyond Spark and explore Liberty Create, Netcall’s low‑code platform, to show how processes can be brought to life through forms, workflows, automation and integrations.
We’ll demonstrate how activities that are traditionally manual, or done with spreadsheets, can be quickly automated, structured and stored in an enterprise grade platform. You can automate virtually anything, from the simplest tasks to complex rule sets and integrations. What makes Create special is that you can easily create apps and automations with an intuitive user interface, but you can do so knowing that it is secure and can scale.
This session is ideal for anyone exploring automation or wanting to understand how the wider Netcall ecosystem supports you turning your process improvements into reality.
