14 October 2026: AI Process Generation Best Practice
Spark’s AI Process Generator can dramatically accelerate process discovery and documentation when used effectively. In this session we’ll demonstrate how to get the most from the feature and how to create high-quality process drafts from prompts and existing information.

21 October 2026: Finalising Processes - When and How to Publish
Capturing a process is only the beginning. Before publication, processes need to be reviewed, refined and validated to ensure that users can rely on them with confidence. In this session we’ll explore the activities involved in preparing processes for publication.

We’ll cover process reviews, approvals, stakeholder sign-off and common quality checks that help create professional, trusted process documentation. Join us to learn how to move from draft processes to published content that people will actually use.

28 October 2026: Impactful Communications for Processes
A successful process library depends on more than great processes. Effective communication is essential to encourage adoption and ongoing engagement across the organisation. In this session we’ll discuss communication strategies that support successful process library rollouts.

We’ll explore launch planning, stakeholder engagement, awareness campaigns and practical ways to keep momentum going after launch. Whether you’re introducing a new process repository or relaunching an existing one, this session will provide ideas to help maximise user engagement.
