Might seem like a strange request but I’d like to be able to have Service Info in two different Interfaces, Agent and Staff, which will be for Staff but not Agents on the system.
We don’t use Roles so much in our system and instead grant users Privileges.
The problem I’ve ran into is that Agent cases where showing up on the Staff Service Info and if you weren’t an Agent then you couldn’t see anything in Staff Service Info.
I’ve tried to split them but now nothing is showing up in both pages, probably because of some permissions issues with the privileges.
Am I going about this in the right way or have I overcomplicated this solution?
Any help would be much appreciated!
