We’ve recently upgraded all of our hosts and environments to 2025.3.440 and are experiencing a strange bug where subset indicator values update, but are not acknowledged by the process subset prerequisite, until the page/context refreshes (such as when you submit a record using a button).
Currently, I’m developing an estate parking permit process that should only allow agents to complete the final back office stage once all permits have been produced. The signifier for produced in this case, is an addition to a series of subsets associated with each permit type, which checks against the presence of two objects for various values (file in documents object; a description in another object; and a permit serial number, entered by the user, after they click a link to generate a PDF using a rule).
A screenshot of this can be seen below, with the 4 subset indicator values visible towards the bottom of the debug column on the right hand side.
The aforementioned subsets and their indicators update in real time, but the subset prerequisite does not update to reflect this. This is despite all requisite permits being produced. The red message underneath the record list depicts a rather crude, temporary workaround we had for this until we realised it may be part of a wider problem.
Has anyone else experienced this issue on this version or any later ones? This was not something we had encountered before, and other processes with previously working subset reliant functionality are affected by this.
