Is there a way that the record selected using the ‘Get Next’ button on a subset link only returns records that meet search criteria specified by the user?.
I have a list with search tools and subset links. A user has tried to search for a bunch of records, then clicked ‘Get Next’ on the subset link and a entirely different record is selected (the next in the queue).

The “Get Next” feature is literally a random facility designed to prevent people picking and choosing which case they pick up next. As far as I am aware there are no ways of really circumventing that function, out of the box. Actually, if you could do it you are effectively removing the random function anyway. I would suggest using a regular case listing, with subsets applied to provide you with the results you actually want.
