TH - iFrame Links between Application

Hi,

Netcall have installed the base TH module onto our system, but have not fully checked works! We’ve found that iFrame windows which are supposed to display related data from a different application don’t work. Something to do with Central Id to Local ID.

Not sure why Netcall release software with major bugs in their base modules. Nor do they supply any documentation!

Has anyone come across a similar issue/bug please? Are you able to advise please?

Good Morning

Have you tried some of the following:

  1. In your host application you may have to run “Sync All Cases” (or similarly named), to ensure that the case IDs in your host application match that of central.
  2. Double checked the iFrame link you are using contains the relevant hash/auth token to the corresponding data - this was introduced in earlier security updates (if this is enabled this can be turned off from ID and hash to ID in Security Policy → Other Security Settings → Record identifier in URLs, or the URL can be updated to contain this)
  3. Double check your page firewalls are not stopping iFrame access

Netcall have fixed this issue now. As you mentioned it was down to the Hash/Auth token issue.
