Training Manuals remote listening in to Agents

Trying to find manual to show how supervisors listen in and not having any success. I dont want to have to create screen shots .

Hi Tina, all documentation is now held in a single space which is easily accessible for all users through your Liberty Converse Help icon within the application as shown.

This link Supervisor Managing Agents highlights how you can Manage and Monitor Agents. You can also access this via the Community Documentation link at the top of the Community pages.

Supervisors will can also learn about the application using our eLearning which is freely available to all Netcall Customers. This link will provide access to the Liberty Converse: Supervisor with Telephony Learning Path. Users will need an account to access, if you need a number of people to access the myNetcall Training Portal then drop us an email at training@netcall.com and I can arrange accounts for users to be created.
