Transcription from call recordings

Do any Netcall customers use any transcription software to convert call recordings into text. We have been told recently that we can no longer provide call recordings to FOI requests as there is identifiable information in there such as the voice of our advisor. Plus we also need the ability to redact the recording if necessary. Netcall say they do not promote any solution with Converse.

Are there any Netcall customers using third party software successfully?
