Transcription From Calls To Text

Hello, I was wondering if Liberty offers transcription service for phone calls. This would save time for our agents who currently have to complete phone logs and upload them to our pension system. Instead, they would simply copy and paste the call transcription and close the wrap-up.

Hi - at the moment we dont have call transcription features in Converse but it is something we are currently looking at so what this space…
