Hello, I was wondering if Liberty offers transcription service for phone calls. This would save time for our agents who currently have to complete phone logs and upload them to our pension system. Instead, they would simply copy and paste the call transcription and close the wrap-up.
Hi Jonathan. not sure if you will be able to say at this stage, but will this feature be considered for Converse or will this be a Converse CX feature only?
Call transcription, AI summarisation, and sentiment analysis are features available exclusively on our new platform, Converse CX, which reflects our ongoing investment in innovation.
While these capabilities are not currently planned for the current Converse platform, please be assured it remains fully supported and continues to receive regular updates based on customer demand.
