Transferring Conference Call

Hi there!

When a customer requests a translator we use the transfer button to contact the translation service and conference call with both the customer and the interpreter. We need to then transfer both customer and translator through to a queue for another service. However at the moment we are having to end the call with the interpreter and only transfer the customer through to the queue.

Is there a way to transfer both the customer and the interpreter through to the queue?

HI @emily.dewar sadly not :frowning: But it does sound like a good use case, so could I ask you to Add this to the Ideas portal (use the Ideas link at the top of the page) and then this can be logged and tracked as a feature request.
