Trying to add a busy code, but getting a message saying its reserved

Hi, I am trying to add a busy code, but getting a message saying its reserved.
Is this something I can change ?

Hi, @ian.collins. Specific Busy Code names are reserved because Liberty Converse can be fully integrated with Skype for Business and MS Teams with entity presence detection.

I can’t add a Busy Code of “Meeting”(as this is reserved) and would need to call it “In a Meeting” or alike to add this.

I’m afraid we can’t change these but highlight the ones in use when added by alerting you that they are reserved.
