Whether you need to identify opportunities for using AI, or demonstrate where it is currently used, Activity Types in Spark are a great way to visually highlight these steps.
In this example we are using AI to help direct a caller to the correct department. This is a virtual agent that asks the caller what their enquiry is about and then identifies the correct department to direct them to.
In Spark you can create a new Activity Type in Admin > Activities. In the image above I have used a Microchip icon for the AI Activity Type.
Activity Types can also be used to highlight steps in a process using the Highlighter tool.
Or you could create a report of steps that include AI and which systems they use.
