I have an issue where the message formatting looks different in CH Case Messages, and Outlook; It appears that formatting is lost in the Outlook versions…
Case > Messages (formatting intact) + Outlook Message (formatting gone)
Can I use page includes as message content like this…

That does seem weird as the page include usually just sits in the message and preserves the formatting. The fact that it’s changed so much is odd. Switching to title above and making the values italic. The content of the two emails is also different, are you sure the one on the left is the correct one to be comparing to?
That was a different message I screenshotted, but I found the issue.
It was some late css styling causing the problem, Thanks for looking.
