Hi - we’re interested in the ‘Virtual Visits’ Accelerator, but we’re only on Version 10.2. We’re looking to upgrade asap, but due to current covid-19 situation, we may need to implement video appointments sooner. I’m wondering if the custom widget part alone would be compatible with 10.2, as the case management around that could be built by us separately?

However, i think its only backwards compatible to 10.4 as it uses Amazon Chime and those features were only added at that point. I’ll double check, but you might need an upgraded controller to spin up a 10.4 + instance
update the video widget has been updated with new features from Amazon in 2020.1.
