Are Wallboards a separate paid-for feature or are they standard in Converse CX?
The user guide doesn’t show how to start the creation process and I can’t find it anywhere on the Admin panel.

Wallboards are a standard feature in CX and available to all customers.

Ok, normally you just login with your Netcall Community account or access Online Help from CX directly and then search for Wallboards.

No, just going round in circles logging in then being asked to log in.
Any chance you can just tell me where the Icon/menu item is for the Wallboards?
