Web Chat Governance

Hi folks.

We are beginning to implement our chat bot and are currently at the planning stage.

I just wonder if anyone could give me some advice on what they are doing in terms of best practices in managing the governance for it, keeping the bot info up to date etc. Things that work for them, things that don’t.
