Is there any way to get the Web Agent 5.9.4 msi installer?

Hi @Ponni.Thomas you can always get the web installer for your version from your Liberty Converse solution form your system. Go To your systems web address and use the /agent/download to download the msi installer.

If you need a different version to the version you have, please contact support directly (support@netcall.com).
